- Add multibuild flavor to split the testsuite out of the main package
build time. The testsuite dominates the build time and having perl
in the bootstrap cycle, we better seperate it. The testsuite flavor
rebuilds the same package the same way, but runs the check section

Is a month enough to assume silent approval?
I'd would like to know where mlschroe is. Heard nothing from him for a long time. I already did and struggled with the last perl update, but I simply don't know about this change, so I can't approve it.
Anyone responsible at SUSE for perl nowadays?
No worries, he's fine - he just doesn't care too much about the perl package :(
