- Remove unnecessary BuildRequires
- Refactor download script (bsc#1057119)
  * Use sf.net automatic mirror selection
  * Remove proxy settings code as it is already applied as part of
    openSUSE’s default /etc/profile.sh
  * Fix some issues pointed out by shellcheck
