This fixes #191955 and #210168. - If there are modified features and they need to be saved, they are now presented in a dialog where the user can select the features that should be saved. This makes is transparent which features were changed and which of them were already saved and so on. If the featureset is about to change (e.g. because a new query is done) the changed features can only be saved on the keeper, if not however, the features can also be saved in the cache if caching is enabled.
