- version update to 3.1
  * Add support for Python 3.10.
  * Add support for Python 3.9.
  * Add support for Python 3.8.
  * Drop support for Python 3.5 (it is end-of-life).
  * Fix parsing of multi-line strings in YAML blocks (#111)
  * Remove unmaintained i18n support.
