- Remove the cc pattern, the actual CC configuration is provided by
  the CC DVD ISO images.
- Added fipscheck and libfipscheck1 1.2.0-9.3 as in the Kernel Security
  Policy.
- Updated kernel to the fips certified version 3.12.44-52.10
  in the Kernel Security Policy.
- Downgrade dracut to 037-46.1 as in the Security Policy

- changed naming a bit
- adjust the kernel conflicts to honor that they also provide
  version-release strings not just as VERSION-RELEASE.CI.BCNT but
  also as VERSION-RELEASE.CI.

  currently mostly for FIPS. This complements and enhances the
  patterns-sles-fips from patterns-sles.
