Subject: [PATCH 2/4] api: disallow virDomainManagedSaveDefineXML on read-only
 connections

The virDomainManagedSaveDefineXML can be used to alter the domain's
config used for managedsave or even execute arbitrary emulator binaries.
Forbid it on read-only connections.
