C/C++/ObjC language server supporting cross references, hierarchies, completion and semantic highlighting
ccls, which originates from cquery, is a C/C++/Objective-C language server.

- Update to version 0.20240202.
* Compatibility with LLVM 18.
* Disable -include b.hh => -include b.hh.{gch,pch} transition.
