- Regenerate spec with newest cpanspec
* Add PERL_USE_UNSAFE_INC
* Removed the following dependencies because they are in perl core since 5.8:
* perl(Test::More)
* perl(ExtUtils::MakeMaker) >= 6.42
* Add manual dependency Test::Tester as it is not specified in the module's
dependencies
