This solves problem with unicode chars within returned openID entries for openQA ( https://github.com/os-autoinst/openQA/issues/72 ). Already reported upstream, but in the meantime we can add custom patch ( https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=106930 ).
