Common Source Code Tag System

Edit Package global

GLOBAL is a common source code tag system for C, C++, Yacc, and Java.
You can locate the specified function in source files and move there
easily. It is useful to hack a large project containing many
subdirectories or many main() functions like MH, X, or Linux kernel.

- update to 6.6.4
  o gtags.vim: New custom variable 'Gtags_Emacs_Like_Mode'.
If this variable is 1, use the tag files of the project to which the current
file belongs. By default, use the tag files of the current project.
o gtags.vim: Gtags command discarded all unsaved changes. Now it brings
the following error: E37: No write since last change (add ! to override).
o gtags: Now gtags skips java annotations (@...[(...)]).
- add global-gcc10.patch to fix build with -fcommon
