Ekiga (formely known as GnomeMeeting) is an open source VoIP and video
conferencing application for GNOME. Ekiga uses both the H.323 and SIP
protocols. It supports many audio and video codecs, and is
interoperable with other SIP compliant software and also with Microsoft
NetMeeting.

- Add ekiga-dont-require-gnome-icon-theme.patch to prevent
  configure script from checking for gnome-icon-theme; all
  required icons are already part of the hicolor-icon-theme; drop
  BuildRequires on gnome-icon-them, and replace it with
  hicolor-icon-theme for Requires as well.
- Don't run post(un) scripts for openSUSE >= 1500; these are
  taken care of by rpm file triggers.
