  * Bug fixes Bio::GFF::GFF2::Record.parse did not return correct

  * Add script sample color_scheme_aa.rb: Example of 
    Bio::ColorScheme for an amino acid sequence.
  * Add script sample fastq2html.rb: Visualization of FASTQ 
    sequences, colored by quality scores.
  * Add script sample rev_comp.rb: Shows reverse-complement 
    sequences of the given sequences.
  * Fix script na2aa.rb: Completely rewritten to fix bug. Shows
    translated sequences.
  * Added support for various sequence formats in 
    color_scheme_na.rb:
  * CWL (Common Workflow Language) workflow files are added for 
    some sample scripts. 
  * CWL files sample script added: fastq2html.rb: fastq2html.cwl
    with fastq2html.testdata.yaml
