cups-filters version upgrade to the current 1.0.58 that fixes in particular a major regression in cups-browsed (introduced in 1.0.55 and fixed in 1.0.56) which made cups-browsed mostly useless for our needs (no traditional CUPS Browsing) plus /usr/bin/foomatic-rip symlink to make the lsb package installable again (bnc#892604).

cups-filters bugfix version upgrade to 1.0.55 that makes our package again clean because our banners are now provided by upstream. Split cups-browsed into a  sub-package (bnc#873204). Have libcupsfilters.so in cups-filters-ghostscript so that cups-filters-ghostscript can be installed on its own without other cups-filters stuff. Have libcupsfilters.so in the cups-filters-foomatic-rip sub-package because foomatic-rip is linked with it. This way the cups-filters-foomatic-rip sub-package can be installed on its own without the cups-filters main package which conflicts with CUPS <= 1.5.4 in particular when building packages with CUPS <= 1.5.4 that have foomatic-rip as build requirement (e.g. building hplip in openSUSE:Factory). new package cups-filters for openSUSE:Factory. cups-filters is required since Ghostscript version 9.10 that is already in openSUSE:Factory. Since Ghostscript version 9.10 the CUPS filters gstoraster and gstopxl have been removed from Ghostscript and are now provided by its cups-filters-ghostscript sub-package. In particular gstoraster is required by printer drivers like HPCUPS (in HPLIP), gutenprint, and others that use the Ghostscript driver cups to produce CUPS raster data. Only cups-filters-ghostscript works with CUPS < 1.6. The cups-filters main package has a RPM conflict with cups < 1.6 because cups-filters provides files that are also provided in CUPS up to version 1.5.4. Additionally there is a sub-package cups-filters-devel that conflicts with cups-devel < 1.6.
