- installing perl(IO::Socket::INET6) is recommended

If we don't have it then DNS queries will always fail if we have
only IPv6 addresses in /etc/resolv.conf (which is valid!).

Personally I would make this even "required" instead of
"recommended" only but this may decide somebody else.

	as a last resort.
