  * Exported `ncvisual_default_blitter()`, so that the effective
    value of `NCBLIT_DEFAULT` can be determined.
  * Added `NCREADER_OPTION_CURSOR`, instructing the `ncreader` to
    make the terminal cursor visible, and manage the cursor's
    placement.
