Remove workaround in 10-kubeadm.conf for boo#1171770 causing sysctl values to be reset. This bug is now resolved on bugzilla. Having this enabled breaks Cilium connectivity since pod sets net.ipv4.conf.all.rp_filter = 0 if kubelet on a node is reset without killing the cilium pod networking on that node will never recover since it thinks it set the sysctl's.
