This package provides translations of man pages in different languages provided by the manpages-l10n project: https://manpages-l10n-team.pages.debian.net/manpages-l10n/.

This will obsolete current packages man-pages-fr & man-pages-fr-extra (to be removed from Tumbleweed and from Documentation project) and man-pages-de (to be removed from Packman) which are quite outdated.
